Stephanie Lowe grew up in the Middle Tennessee area and became a resident of Nashville in 1990. She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in Fine Arts and European Studies. Her love and knowledge of art developed into a small business representing local and regional artists. Her passion for art and design lead her to her career in real estate. She and her husband, Ed, have four children and live in The Nations.

In addition to representing buyers and sellers in Nashville's fast and ever changing market, she and Ed also own their own development company, L & S Development, LLC as well as Bluegrass Construction. They build homes within the urban Nashville market. Stephanie has been designing homes for over 8 years and has vast experience with high end vendors in Nashville. She stays ahead of trend by constantly searching for eye catching lighting and tile patterns. She has a way with creating one of a kind looks in each home. Stephanie served on the Board of Directors for three years for the Greater Nashville Realtors®. She is passionate about her life and real estate. She loves spending time with her children, family, friends and boating on the lake.

• I have served on the board of the Greater Nashville Realtors along with the, Awards of Excellence Committee, Habitat for Humanity Committee, YPN Committee, and Special Events Committees.
• I am the acting President of the Infill Council of the Middle Tennessee Homebuilders Association.
• I am a repeat volunteer for the Habitat for Humanity builds and attend events at our Project Pencil Partner School, HG Hill.
• Volunteer and event chair for Second Harvest Food Bank and
• Wish granter for families at the Make A Wish Foundation.

• Served on Board of Directors for 3 years for the Greater Nashville Realtors
• Nominated to serve on the Greater Nashville Realtors Leadership Team in 2012.
• 9 years running Awards of Excellence (Silver, Gold, Platinum and Gold representing different levels of sales and transactions.)
• Sold over 250 homes in the greater Nashville area.

I have been a major investor with the Realtor® party for the past 8 years to protect homebuyers rights. There are a lot of issues concerning homeowners that are only discussed on the national level, and as a representative of homeowners, I am personally invested in helping to protect our rights.

I am passionate about professional development and continuing education. I am actively involved in GNR because I believe in the power of the Realtor “R”.
